SPASCIANI SPA announces to have successfully finalized the acquisition of NUEVA SIBOL SLU, Spanish market leader in manufacturing and distributing personal protective equipment with a focus on respiratory protection devices especially.
NUEVA SIBOL, owned by the French holding Delta Plus Group since 2006, has its main offices and production in Zamudio, Bilbao; it can count on a widespread retail network in Spain and on the supply of significant foreign customers.
NUEVA SIBOL is an established brand in Spanish market and it’s well known in particular for its half masks, its disposable masks and its eye protection visors line as well as for the distribution of safety helmets, gas detectors, escape equipment and ear protection disposals.
This acquisition represents an important step in SPASCIANI’s growth strategy, which is focused on expanding its offering in respiratory protection and on consolidating its presence in EU markets.
SPASCIANI increases its production capacity in filtering devices segment, a high-rotation business, and introduces new products in its retail network as disposable masks, ear protection devices and a new line of half masks and cartridges.
